Company History:
Just over two years ago New Century Global Solutions, a medical transcription company, was using extremely high levels of bandwidth and telephone calling and paying premium prices. Cambridge TelCom, Inc., a 100 year old landline telephone company, was losing landline customers and was left with excess capacity on its network. Thus, a natural partnership was formed by merging these two companies together to form Global Medical Informatics (GMI).
Today, GMI is much more than just a transcription processing company providing hospitals and clinics with a comprehensive range of services and solutions to accommodate these needs. GMI now does business on a global basis, doing work in over ten countries, which provides our clients with the highest level of services possible. GMI has developed a reputation for client satisfaction made possible by assembling a collection of experienced, skilled staff in both the medical transcription and technology fields.
GMI also provides a wide range of services to the telecommunication services industry ranging from SIP trunking services, enterprise-level SIP server hosting, call origination services, etc.
